Stair Section Railing Termination @ Wall

Hello

I'm having trouble terminating an exposed stair section railing at wall.  It wants to wrap inside wall instead of terminating.  Is there a specific setting for this?  Using CA v12  Plan and image attached

Move the end of the wall toward the lower stair section.  There will be an exact spot where it will work as you want it.

You can also make a complete break in the stairs wherever you need the wall to end.
