X17 This Catalog is not available for you to download

I've been using CA since version '97.

I'm SSA and using X17.  When I attempt to insert an item like Bonus Catalogs > Man Cave >  Foosball table, I get this error

"This Catalog is not available for you to download"

Any ideas why?  I happens with multiple items, entire catalogs and not available.

Hello, could you try signing out and back in again? These options can be found in the "Account" menu at the top of the screen.

I Signed Out, closed CA and restarted the computer.  
Opened X17, Signed In, Opened a existing drawing,  try to insert Foosball 

same message not available to download

I opened X16, searched for Foosball, the Entire Catalog downloaded  and Foosball Table worked

I called Chief, It works now.

”Account > Sign Out of Chief Architect Account > then Sign In”

They said it’s a known issue and seems to be a permanent fix

 

Earlier I signed out using Account > My Account - which is not the proper method

Now, I also have all of the online catalogs, including manufacturers, to download from within the library. 
I’ve never had that before.
