showing flooring texture/placement in PLAN view

Our Interior Designer would like a clean floor plan view showing the various flooring texture (line graphics) so Clients can sign-off.  I have selected one of the un-used Layers and turned things on/off to declutter.  How can I get flooring patterns?   Is that possible in X16? I've attached a sample graphic of flooring textures that is like what I need.
