After I recieve the existing plans, I will mark up and return with propsed design. i will the require the altered structure drawings with 3 roofs siding etc. At this stage we wont be too far into interiors and exterior will start out basic, final presentation after the design is verified with potential client we will add rendering details. ChiefUserFarzan
Thank you for outlining your project needs—I’d love to assist with your Chief Architect workflow. I specialize in creating accurate existing-condition plans from measurements/photos and efficiently transitioning to proposed designs with 3D roof/siding details per your markups. My process ensures clean, constructable drawings at each stage, with rendering-ready files for client presentations when needed. For transparency, I offer [fixed-rate/per-project/per-hour] pricing and typically deliver initial existing plans within 3 days. Would you like to discuss a sample project or review my portfolio? para-CAD
So if the client goes with someone else, they have at least paid upfront for the design process, right? If you don't win the contract to proceed, the design time is still paid and NOT contingent on client acceptance. I had a "GC" try that once. Like I was investing in his ability to close the deal. Just seeking clarity for the guys looking to invest time helping you with this.
