Stone Vent blocks for a Dugout

Looking for a way to add Stone vent blocking to a dugout that is getting built. I am adding an image of the blocks that are to be used in the build. I need to add them to the top of the dugout walls for ventilation but am unable to find a model or the best way to go about it. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you

Draw the shape to scale in 2D CAD mode then convert to it a polyline solid, give it a height. Apply a concrete texture to it and then save to your library. 

 

Or create a 3d solid and make holes in it for the triangles?

You could create a block symbol that "inserts into wall" and then just place them manually in the wall.

Thank you for the responses. I will try these once I am able to. They should work no problem from what I can tell I was just drawing a blank for a moment
