Works great at first. After massaging the plan, it will act up in that the material regions keep vanishing. I have to turn off, then on, the material region for it to reappear again. I have to do this every time I make any change, or open or close any dialog while in 3d. Is that just me? sounds like you did not explode them as architectural blocks. are they regions or blocks of regions?

Dang, I did explode the blocks, but not all of them exploded. Not sure why. But I group selected them and exploded all the unexploded ones. Presto Chango. Magically I finally pulled that Rabbitt out of your hat. Thank buddy. Edited yesterday at 12:08 AM by jtcapa1 mistake
amddrafting
Not sure this is how @Renerabbitt did it but it inspired me to create something in a wall type and this was the end result, for a quick 3D rendering it works great. Gables would take a little of clean up but it's quick and simple, create two layers of siding and make the outer one the depth of the siding you want. Set it to have framing and set up the width and spacing you want. Then set your top and bottom plates if you want them and voila... Windows and doors will create issues as the framing will be automatic around them but you can delete and edit as needed I guess.
