Pair of doors but they are different sizes

Is there a way to make the pair of doors with each door a different size? 

 

so it looks like this

 

 

But it looks wrong in elevation because i had to use 2 doors of 2 different sizes and draw a box over the jambs to hide them in plan.

 

do i have to make a custom door somehow?

draw the two doors the size you need - slide them together - now control select both and group together
