Exiting and re-entering CA solves the issue for a while. The pointer arrowhead is still available, and moves with the mouse no problems, just wont select anything. Alianware R12 with Nvidia 4090, 64GB Ram, No other programs exibit this issue. Don't know what is causing it or how to force it to appear. Just very random.
