Issues with 2nd Floor Walls

Created Rails on second floor, see plan file.  I created the walls as solid, to beam, at 96".   However, in the 3d plan its only showing them beams.  Also, if this gets fixed, will it be possible to cut into the ceiling/floor for stairs?

You can't build a room over a roof because the walls build up to the roof.

You will need to use another way to build your second floor.

Best way is to build a room with it's own floor.

Is it possible to offset the railings inward to create a 3ft overhang??  Possibly making the outer railing invisible and create walls inward?

Yes to 2nd question.

And change the 2nd floor roof pitch to 1/4" if you want it to resemble the picture posted previously.
