Best tutorial for complex roofs?

I'm looking for a good tutorial that will help me put a roof on my design.   Everything else in the software so far has pretty much been self explanatory, but the roof part is throwing me way off.   I am trying to make a roof something like this:

I'm out of my league at the moment.   If I can't find a good tutorial, anyone know where I can hire someone to finish off my plan?

I will ask some questions that everyone will want to know too:

1. Do you have the floor plan?

2. Do you know all the ceiling heights?

3. Are the ceiling heights the same as the roof plate heights?

4. Do you know the roof pitches?

5. Do you know the floor system thicknesses?

I found a guy who posts videos for free on youtube, he's worth checking out, even if his stuff is not complete.

With this one video, I'm nearly complete in generating my roof.  There are a couple of things I need to tweak.

Learn well by study followed by practice the tools used to edit and customize roof planes as well as the settings that control and effect roof planes. Tutorials help but the key is getting defined any terms used to describe what to do (if you understand the words, you can then understand the actions necessary to get a wanted result).

Study, which includes clearing up any misunderstood terms or symbols. followed by successful practice is the road to competence.
