Adding General Notes Schedule for Second Floor...

...without having the chaos that having 2 schedules creates? Never have figured this out. Is there a way to create a second 'Note Schedule' for the second floor without duplicating numbered notes within that new schedule?

I have more than 2 schedules often.......no issues like 1,1 or whatever.  I just create a new Note type.  I don't know if this helps or is even the best way, but it works for me.
