Two recessed lights in soffit overhang don't look like the others, stuck.

This is in X15, I've been using CA since version '97.  In the 3D Physically Based rendering, the one recessed over the single garage door and the far right , barely show up.  All the others look as I would expect.  I've tried several adjustments to the Light Data, I also tried installing a ceiling plane under the soffit.  I just can't figure it out.

I've attached the Zipped plan.

Can't open your plan, it didn't zip right (shows 0kb size).

 

At a glance though I wonder if they're even "on" or not - go to Adjust Lights and see if Max Lights is set to something low. If so, increase the max lights or set it to a Light Set.

Thank You so much,  I never thought to look at the number of lights turned on for Full Overview.  Full Camera my default is 100
