DeLayDesign Posted March 7, 2023 Share Posted March 7, 2023 Yeah; it's a bit annoying, but one way I've overcome it is to use the soffit tool and add a very thin (1/16") molding to the sides the same height as the beam. You can tell the beam to sit under ceiling and it will automatically slope following the ceiling. Seems like an issue that needs resolving Yeah, I found a number of ways to do what I wanted in the thread this is connected to, but I think they need to be able to paint wood grain on a soffit.
