multi ceiling height garage causing siding issue

Hello

Please see pics and plan. Main floor is 9ft, 2nd floor is 8ft. Garage is at -24" below main floor. I split the garage into 2 rooms of different heights, so that the above floor overlapping room remains at same height and front part of it is at a lower ceiling height. But this is causing siding issue.

Anyone can advise how to fix this.

It works!  Can you please summarize what you've done to fix this.

I messed around with if for quite a while but essentially the upper walls are all set to "Roof Cuts Wall at Bottom" and in order for that to work there needs to be a roof plane under the wall to support it.  This allows the Garage to be all one room.  However I did not really take the time to analyze how it would all be structurally supported which may change some of the way the ceiling is shaped depending on the members required.

Someone who I think builds this style frequently is @Michael_Gia and may be able to comment on that part of it.
