wncbw7 0 Posted October 11, 2020 I am working on a steep slope house where the foundation is on 3 different levels of the house. How can I create a foundation plan that has all three levels on one plan? Like an "ALL FLOORS ON"?
solver 1574 Posted October 11, 2020 You have parts of the foundation drawn on (for example) levels 0,1 and 2. In Layout, you want the foundation plan to show all 3 levels together?
GeneDavis 134 Posted October 11, 2020 Steeper than this? Just watch the Chief video.
solver 1574 Posted October 11, 2020 The easy answer is to upgrade to X12 where you can have multiple reference sets. Just as an example, this shows cabinets and fixtures on floors 1 and 2 being displayed on the foundation level. Others will need to offer an X10 solution. wncbw7 0 Posted October 12, 2020 Thank you Gene for pointing me towards that project. I downloaded the file. Is the point that they drew all of the foundations on level 0, and then I guess used the elevation tool and moved them up to where they belong?
GeneDavis 134 Posted October 12, 2020 You are seeing the light. Foundations have room control the same as levels 1, 2, etc., and there is no real limit on where in the z axis a room's floor is placed.
