Looking for a Chief Architect Designer for San Jose, CA area project

We have building property lines, existing house and have talked to city planning and need some "what's possible" layouts to begin.

 

Everything is virtual these days and I don't necessarily need someone local nor with decades of experience at this point.  I will interface with our local city planning department and just need an experienced Chief Architect Premiere pilot.

 

I want to begin on an hourly basis (but will entertain fixed price scope of work), can pay via PayPal and wish to begin immediately.
