Skip_D
Hi - Recently downloaded X12. Changing or removing backdrops in 3d camera's seems to have moved / disappeared? any ideas? thanks, George
Dermot
You can specify the backdrop in the camera specification dialog (the same as you could in X11). You can open this dialog using the Edit Active View tool when in a camera view or by selecting the camera in plan view and using the Open Object tool. You can also specify backdrops in all of your different camera defaults. For a more complete list of what is different in X12, you may want to check out this migration guide: https://cloud.chiefarchitect.com/1/pdf/documentation/chief-architect-x12-migration-guide.pdf

Skip_D
I don't see it. I used it a lot in X11 but can't find it in 12. Mystery to me.
Skip_D
Edit active camera as it appeared in the X11 drop down. But thanks for your image; i just found that in preferences. thanks! Skip
Dermot
Your questions were not very clear. Edit Active Camera has been replaced by Edit Active View. Edit Active View works in all camera views, plan views, and cad details now.
