Used to have X5 which I purchased on e-bay where purchases are somewhat guaranteed with paypal.. Is there anyway of guaranteeing transfer once payment is made? Kbird1 Posted December 24, 2019 Share Posted December 24, 2019 The Transfer of license is done by Chief Sales , the Seller has to fill in a Transfer Form and pay a fee for the Transfer. If you have X5 and it's serial no# etc you could check with Sales and see if there is an Issue , they will be open again on Thurs. I believe. M. Keep in mind that 90% of the Chief Architect versions on eBay are illegal versions. Yes, you seem to get a code to use but its not real from Chief. tommy1 Posted December 25, 2019 Share Posted December 25, 2019 Watch out for those hack versions. I had a man call me last year for help. After finding that his program wasn't working right, he told me that he bought X10 for $40.00 online. His problem was that he didn't have any program updates and absolutely no textures so he was getting errors popping up continuously. Never heard from him again.
