drkaia
If I import a "jpg" image file into a plan and then rotate it in any increment other 90 degrees from it's original orientation, the image disappears. The image can still be selected but it is not visible any longer, nor will it print. Have any of you run into this problem?
DavidJPotter
No, not never, not no how (sorry you are). It may be a video card issue, I suppose (just guessing). Update your software drivers and see if that helps at all. Push comes to shove you might consider rotating your images in an image editor first before importing them as a work-round. I have not seen that as a problem since version 8-9. DJP
ginetta
This happens in some software if it overlaps some boundaries. I just thought of something. Open up a perspective floor overhead window and move things around and see if you can find it? If it's buried in a wall or floor. in 3D you should be able to click om it also. Turning off walls, floors cabinets fixtures and appliances and look. DJP I never ran across it in 8 or 9. Click on it and see what layer it is on. or import it into the library and place it from there. Edited September 28, 2018 by ginetta An added option.
