Sill Plate In Garage

it's a bit strange Joe cos I found the same thing if I didn't use Floor Supplied by Room below "        I got 2 slabs

It seems to work if you set the C measurement to minus -2.25"   ie the thickness of the sill plate and the subflooring , then the garage area foundation stays at the house foundation height.

 

 

with -2 1/4 " @ ©

***  I was thinking it was a bug cos instead of the foundation jumping up 2.25" when you designate it a garage the Wall framing should drop and become longer with the bottom plate on top of the stem wall.
