Shrt2009 Posted June 3, 2018 Share Posted June 3, 2018 In the past, when I switched from my desk top to my lap top I had the option to deactivate my license on one computer then activate it on the other. Recently I tried to do this but was only given the option to turn off the license. When I went back to my desk top I had to download Chief all over and it took nearly 2 hours for it to download. After "Turning of the License" you should then be able to "Activate the License" on the current computer just by logging in.
