Thanks Joe. But it's not working the same. Never had to download again before last time. In the past, I just had to reactivate. Now I have to actually download it all over. Very time consuming. Thanks again

In the past, when I switched from my desk top to my lap top I had the option to deactivate my license on one computer then activate it on the other. Recently I tried to do this but was only given the option to turn off the license. When I went back to my desk top I had to download Chief all over and it took nearly 2 hours for it to download. Is there a way to deactivate rather that turn off? Thanks
