Create part closed and part open ended stairs with stone wall and trim

Good Morning Everyone,

 

I am at a completely how to create this in X5 or any version for that matter.

 

I need to create basement stairs closed within walls. At the bottom of them as walking down on the right side I want them to be open with handrail and balusters on the treads.  About 3 or 4 open treads is what I am trying to accomplish.  Also I am trying to add dry stacking stone as an accent to the elliptical arch and around the steps and underneath the steps.  

 

Any help would be appreciated very much
