I had used a 3D modeling line in floor plan view and i was very surprised there wasn't a 2D representation of the width like there is for a normal modeling line. Since i was lining up a barn door hinge, using the 3D modeling line as the tract, it was a lot more difficult doing the alignment with no point of reference on the thickness. Chopsaw Posted October 23, 2017 Share Posted October 23, 2017 Yes that is a problem and could use a good plug in suggestions but also some good way of locating one that is drawn vertically in elevation view and appears as less than one pixel in floorplan.
