Multiple Townhouses

I've have a brain freeze...I've done it several times before but I can't remember how the copy a plan  and replicate it for several townhouses ( identical and 20' apart)

edit area - all floors tool

 

then use transform/replicate tool to move the clone the desired distance

 

I recommend doing each building in a separate plan

then make them into symbols

then place those symbols into the master site plan
