olyconstruction
Hi Chiefs, I have attached the plan file I am working on. It seems that in the window schedule it is showing information for bay windows on the first and second floors. I went into the schedule properties and unchecked Bay windows from the items to include list. I also opened up the bay window object spec box and told them not to be included in the schedule but they still show up. Only when I delete them do they go away. Does anyone know what my problem could be linked to here? Thank you very much! AB HAM_-_PROPOSED.zip
DavidJames
It looks like you have to select each window in the bay 1 by 1 and open up the window specification box. From there, uncheck "include in schedule".

olyconstruction
Yeah, thats the impression I get. A small price to pay to be in such a rich built environment though!

It's come to light that our housing market is being driven up by foreign investors through a loophole that our government turned a blind eye to. Here's a property for sale: https://www.locatehomes.ca/bc-real-estate-listings/vancouver/mls-R2119722/2848-East-Broadway-Vancouver-V5M1Z1?id=262141349 Look at the price. That's not a typo - $3.3 million.
justmejerry
David, it looks like the whole street is up for sale. They announce something being built that would encourage all the selling? Perhaps one owner...look like the would be absentee landlord holding. For the price of the 20% down you could have a real nice house here in town. Unfortunately these prices aren't unusual at all.
