Window Schedule Problems

Hi Chiefs,

I have attached the plan file I am working on. It seems that in the window schedule it is showing information for bay windows on the first and second floors. I went into the schedule properties and unchecked Bay windows from the items to include list. I also opened up the bay window object spec box and told them not to be included in the schedule but they still show up. Only when I delete them do they go away. Does anyone know what my problem could be linked to here?

Thank you very much!

Yeah, thats the impression I get. A small price to pay to be in such a rich built environment though!

The problem is that the prices of homes don't reflect the wages. It's come to light that our housing market is being driven up by foreign investors through a loophole that our government turned a blind eye to.

Here's a property for sale: https://www.locatehomes.ca/bc-real-estate-listings/vancouver/mls-R2119722/2848-East-Broadway-Vancouver-V5M1Z1?id=262141349

Look at the price. That's not a typo - $3.3 million.

David, it looks like the whole street is up for sale. They announce something being built that would encourage all the selling? Perhaps one owner...look like the would be absentee landlord holding. For the price of the 20% down you could have a real nice house here in town.

Jerry,

I think there's some land assembly going on in that area which have driven the prices up.

Unfortunately these prices aren't unusual at all. You can do a quick search in Vancouver BC at www.realtor.ca and you'll come across these:

And how far does a million dollars go in the downtown core? About an 800 sq ft apartment:

$600k gets you roughly 575 sq ft:

Sorry for the wall of text and links, but the list goes on and on...
