MikeR1969
I started getting this error message when exiting C/A about a week ago. I tried deleting everything in that temp folder but it didn't fix it. Any ideas? Thanks!

BrownTiger
Sometimes these are caused by anti-virus, spyware, mcAfeee HIPs, etc. Because for some [insane] reason they scan file for infection prior to deleting. DeleteFile, NtDeletefile APIs returning Error code 0x0005 - Access Denied. Most modern software plagued by this, esp if you have large file like 70 Meg plan file. Because of this software is forced to use Async Save / DeleteFile. === I would investigate if this caused by new ANTI-.. And if you can disable scan file on delete operation.
