I've worked with my husband in the office section for the last 30 years. He grew up building homes in almost every trade. He built a reputation as the best framing crew around - the drywallers and cabinet trades loved him! He decided to get his own contractors license and has been hand drawing and building houses for years now. He got busy in the field, so I learned how to hand draw and because we build custom homes, I had to learn and easier way than getting my hands black from the homeowner wanting to change something.  Now I'm also drawing for other contractors in the area. Translating what actually happens on the jobsite to what CA understands is sometimes a challenge!!
