The photo looks to me like the builder used manufactured stone, something like Cultured Stone, made by Owens Corning.
Since that product and others in the same class are applied with adhesive to the wall, there is no foundation with brick ledge under.
Use a material region for the stone veneer, and a molding for the "wall cap" run above the stone.
I'd suggest a visit to OC's website, and others, like Coronado, to study their installation instructions, so you can learn the details, and best use Chief to model this, exactly how it gets built.
Judging by the picture, I totally agree with Gene.
Looks like C. S.
No brick ledge needed ..

How about just a plain, old .PDF
probably as easy to trace over as a .DWG ?

3080 should be fine.
I would look into free Twin Motion instead of pricey Lumion

I bet that as many as half the plans i draw have multi-pitch roofs with the fascia the same height. and i built a ton of them back in the day. all one has to do is raise the fascia of the steeper roof to match the fascia of the shallower roof plane.
Can you show us one that you've done with the facia all at same height and 2 differen pitches as in original posted pic. ?
3D view ?

Not sure if you can keep the same facia heights but have 2 different pitches on a hip roof .. ?

Can I send you an example? I have to quickly design the floor (usually very simple) and a foundation plan but don't have time to create details and a roof/framing plan
Tell me what you think it will take
