My design experience focuses on high-end residential homes with 3000 to 6000+ square feet.  I have also designed many in the 2000 sq ft range.  Additionally, I’ve also produced plans for metal buildings, condos, room additions, site & civil plans, and a boat dock.  My plans have included all structural details with the exception of the metal building itself.  I use AutoCAD with ArchT add-on to produce the floor plans which have smart walls & objects similar to Architectural Desk Top.

            Managed 5 to 12 employees with 5 service trucks

            Responsible for all operations of the business.

            Started business as a spin off from AC Mechanic

            Established business with local commercial mechanical Contractors

            Managed 2 – 5 employees and all aspects of the business

ELECTRONICS:

Small projects, Timers, Keypad locks, Analog to Digital Converters, Simple computer interface.

Some computer trouble diagnosing and repair.

SOFTWARE PROGRAMMING:

Created AutoCAD LISP and Visual LISP utility routines to improve productivity. As a moderator of TheSwamp.org I have written over 1000 LISP & Visual Lisp routines. Past experience in BASIC, FoxBASE, CBASIC Z-80 8088 & 6502 machine Languages. I also have experience with MSWord, Excel, AutoCAD 2000-2006 and exposure to many other computer programs.

SPECIAL PROJECTS:

Supervised & participated in the construction of three houses from the ground up. Special involvement in the overall design, Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Electrical, and framing of these houses.
