That is true but I do like the PB rendering with the camera view walkthrough so I guess its a personal preference with lots of practice

Thank you for all your suggestions and assistance. I notice there are various ways of handling situations which is good for me because I can opt for what is comfortable but not opposed to trying different solutions This brings me to my next little scenario. I have watched the on line tutorial videos over and over again as well as read the help tutorials on creating walkthroughs. there are 2 ways to create videos A.) plan view with spline B.) 3D using the Mouse dolly Camera. The spline video is great in vector view but speedy in standard view even though I have slowed the frames per second..and takes a long time because of the many frames. The video in 3D Camera Full View is a much better PB rendering but I find it hard to control the mouse Dolly. The on line help video https://www.chiefarchitect.com/videos/watch/10190/ for Kitchen and bath accessibility is smooth and slow. My attached video is fast and jerky even though i have tried slowing down the frames per second. Is there a best way to create video SPLINE OR 3D..? or just practice practice .if there is a special technique I would appreciate your input. Thanks in advance Levina adam 1.avi

Hi I am creating a two apartment home and am trying to create exterior covered stairs on the side of the house . I created an exterior room on the first level and opted for no ceiling and no roof but when the camera went into the first floor it still showed a ceiling. Should I put hole in ceiling platform to allow stairs to go to the second floor Levina

Hi No it is not a new addition.. It is a current garage that she wants 8 ft added on to so it now ill be 24ft wide. I'm only redesigning the facade so was not too concerned about thr dept at the moment ///

Yes I agree with you ... had already sent that design to the client earlier this morning. she was asking about changing it to gable but i was having such a difficult time in bringing it together that I will take your advise and veto it . Thanks again! Levina

Hi I am trying to build (CA premier 10) a gable roof over garage similar to gable over bedroom .. the garage is 7' high 24 ft wide main house is 8' high. I have tired auto build as well as manual build roof planes but noting seems to work. I have edited roof directives.. would the garage be too wide for a gable roof with 3 / 12 pitch any suggestions? thanks CA Premier 10

Hi In my plan I created a full roof return over the garage .When I changed the main roof material and used the dropper to change the roof return over the garage nothing happened. I edited the directive but still the dropper would not change the return. Am I missing another link. I checked the tutorial guide but didnt discover anything enlightening Your help is appreciated Thanks

hi I am using CA premier x 10 I am trying to create a driveway but when I access the driveway icon under TERRAIN it is not highlighted I tried in plan view as well as camera.. it was working ok the last time I needed it a few weeks ago any guide??
