I have a house plan that has 10 ft ceilings.. but great room and master bedroom have 15 ft faulted ceilings.. so my question is.. what would the top fascia heights be on these vaulted ceilings. all roof pitches are 8:12 except vaulted are 12:12 . difficult to tell from the plan elevations and no AUTO STORY POLE DIMENSIONS showing on plans so have no idea of ridge height note: the great room vaulted ceiling shows top fascia height as 10' but MB top fascia height shows 176 " I guess I want to know where the vaulted fascia heights should be Levina

Hi I'm asking opinions of external rendering platforms (CHATGPT-LUMION-TWINMOTION-MYARCHITECTAI) . I've been using Chief for quite some time but the SSA is 229.00 US monthly which translate to 331.00 exchange rate for me. (getting pretty pricey ) I've been paying this every month for 2 years. I thought that once I had my SUBSCRIPTION paid I could purchase SSA for more sustainable monthly fee but have discovered that it is a perpetual subscription. I have cancelled effective Dec. 17. Then I have to revert back to X11 - so very disappointed x11 does not have the polyline grass feature which adds so much more to the exteriors plus other options.. They have opened new offices and need me to resend the original renderings so they can mount each rendered building into 30" x 16" frame. I have imported many PDF floor plans. but was wondering if I can import also a 2nd floor PDF on the 2nd level the same as importing PDF floor pan on the first level. I've tried but doesn't recognize import PDF for 2nd level Is this possible ? Happy Thanksgiving from Canada

Hi I've attached my plan as well as the PDF plans sent to me. I cant seem to figure out if I have the split entry correct . there is a gap between the garage and the foundation and not sure if i have the garage height etc done properly to show correctly in the 3D rendering Wondering if i have made some error from the pdf to plan ??? Not sure why my terrain perimeter is not showing the full area . thinking i pressed wrong button or something. even when i cleared it and built it again the same results see attached image - any suggestions
