HI UPDATE!! here is a drawing of what he means by a PERCH .. so how do i create this gable perch that extends out This is a request from my client - not sure what this means - "The wing perch should be the full length of the gable and on an angle of 10 degrees" wondering if that is a roof curve at end of gable? any ideas?

Hi All I’m working on a house plan and could use some help with CAD details. I see several Roof Eave Detail options, but I’m not sure how to determine which one is the correct choice. I can easily tell which ones I don’t need, but I’m looking for guidance on selecting the right detail. I’m also wondering if there’s a standard wall section detail available, similar to the sample I’ve attached. This is my first time creating a full-scale house plan with complete CAD details, so any advice or best-practice recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

HI I’m constructing a full-height basement foundation that is 8 feet tall, with dimensions of 28 feet by 30 feet, aligning with the first-floor plan, which measures 28 feet wide by 40 feet long. However, the basement foundation does not entirely match the first floor due to the foundation backing onto a rock wall. The basement will include a 20x20 garage, a 28x10 storage space, a hallway leading to the storage, and stairs to the first floor. Could you advise on how to include a 48-inch frost depth under the foundation, basement, and garage, and how to incorporate the rock wall into my elevation and 2D drawings? This will be my first time developing a full house plan, complete with schedules and elevations, so any guidance is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance! Cheers Levina

Wall heights are 10'..pitch is 8:12 ..with exception of great room height is 15' 4.6"... MB height is 15' 6" with a roof pitch 10:12.. But before you continue can you tell me your fee for what you have done ??

I have a house plan that has 10 ft ceilings.. but great room and master bedroom have 15 ft faulted ceilings.. so my question is.. what would the top fascia heights be on these vaulted ceilings. all roof pitches are 8:12 except vaulted are 12:12 . difficult to tell from the plan elevations and no AUTO STORY POLE DIMENSIONS showing on plans so have no idea of ridge height note: the great room vaulted ceiling shows top fascia height as 10' but MB top fascia height shows 176 " I guess I want to know where the vaulted fascia heights should be Levina
