We have building property lines, existing house and have talked to city planning and need some "what's possible" layouts to begin. Everything is virtual these days and I don't necessarily need someone local nor with decades of experience at this point. I will interface with our local city planning department and just need an experienced Chief Architect Premiere pilot.
