Even blue may be good design for moisture and mold proof but you need to check on  that 

Green board is not design for ceiling inspector will make you take it down yes there is exterior drywall 

It's no problem  but I would use exterior drywall

Whatever bid you have in your mind ,multiply it by 3 to 5 times more or tripple it, the insurace plays hard ball

Start with automatic roof first than make manual changes as needed 

Or go to 2nd floor build a deck and change the materials to whatever you want just an idea
