Ca is saving you a trip to the store is giving you the extra 10% for cut and waist 

How do i re-establish an internet connection to Chief Architect before 5-26 or the program will terminate and the software may require registration 

im out of area with no WiFi i had  updated. the program but i still get this message 

Chief does not re-establish internet connection automatically as soon as i connect to internet

No hard ware lock? what do you do  if you don't have access on line for months

Turn on reference floor below  display  align with floor below will enabled only if walls are misalign  a couple of inches if walls are to far off option isn't enabled 

Highlight  wall click align with wall below or above 

Close the plan choose file  and upload 

Post the plan 

I would not be worry about the rebar

Open the wall  change it from 4 to 6

Its all yours for as long as you want to,  you don't have to upgrade  if you don't want to , you are going to get X10 free upgrade 

Or you could use a RR and change the size to 4"wide x 2"

I'd start by setting your platform defaults -- ceiling heights etc, for each floor. Resetting everything to the defaults, and then making changes as needed.
