i can't open you r plan, a pdf may help, have you tried turning off walls attic layer or moving attic walls on the attic level, or build a new floor level to #1 also copy and paste roof opening for 3 rd dormer

Explode the 2 dormers copy and paste 3rd in the middle

Make sure baseline is the same hight

He repaired a leak in the area when the house was approaching the end of its 2 year warranty. The leak is back.

if its a leak the roofer it should not be a leak criket or no criket , on new construction is 10 years warranty

As long as you have enough shear wall 6"or 8" wall will do it, for the picture you may need steel it has no shear wall
I also had seen other engineers using 2 Hardy steel walls on top of each other 12' high steel on the bottom and 8'high steel on top
