Creating Tile.

I want to create a tile that is 12" x 24" then apply a picture taken of the proposed tile sample. i want to create it to be applied as a brick pattern.

What is the easiest way to do this.

There may be other methods but I would take an existing brick tile texture from one of the library items. Drop this into photoshop and then place my real photo pic on each brick. Save as a jpg and then use this as the tile texture. Did this once before and the result was fairly accurate.
