TheKitchenAbode Posted May 26, 2016 Share Posted May 26, 2016 If you are planing to use these in a kitchen countertop make sure to check if they meet code. The one you are showing has three outlets and these units are prewired, how can this be a 15 amp split, 20 amp or GFI in wet areas. AlwaysEastern Posted May 31, 2016 Share Posted May 31, 2016 I used two http://www.mockett.com/pcs34.html on a recent job and they pass code in every way in Southern CA. You can have a GFCI protected circuit or put a GFCI outlet first in series somewhere else in the kitchen. The biggest hurdle for me was clearance. They take up a lot of space in the cabinet box.
