ArchieD
I've just completed a 2nd floor remodel in HD Pro, but I'm wishing the graphics were a bit better. Some of it may be my laptop (not sure if mine meets the minimum requirements for heavy graphics....Intel core i3, graphics card from 2013). If I upgrade to CA, am I able to use the file I already created in HD Pro?
DavidJPotter
Yes, but you will probably have to loose the old laptop for something newer and better (Chief Premier is more demanding software then Home Designer Pro). Their plan files are identical but you also have to learn how to use Premier's finer rendering tools which take time, it is not just clicking on a button to achieve professional results. Dermot
"If I upgrade to CA, am I able to use the file I already created in HD Pro?" Yes, absolutely. You can also download the trial version and try it out on your hardware: https://www.chiefarchitect.com/products/trial.html
