Changing Floor Elevations To Create A Stage And Terraced Seating

I am  attempting to design a theater room in a new construction. I have the room sized out, the floor is in. I need to make terraced platforms for the theater seating and a stage below the screen. I have tried the half wall tool, slab tool, deck tool without railing, and the stair landing tool, and I am not sure any of these are the correct way to go about this task. I have gone through looking for a video. Would someone be so kind and direct me an answer or tutorial.

You can use room devider walls to get the different floor heights, the space between the floors should generate automatically.
