gdesignbuild
I just figured out how to do some wall modifications this morning on an addition design that I am doing. If they are attached, you can go to your elevation view, click on the wall then click the tab button to highlight the wall only (the first click highlights the room that the wall encloses). Then you can use the Break Line tool to break the wall and change the height to what you need. Aside from that, I think you could highlight the room and in the properties under "Structure" you could set your ceiling heights. I did mine the other way as I needed the foundation of the addition higher than the existing home but needed the footings at the same level. Changing the height of the basement always brought the footing up. Hope that helps you out a bit!
DRAWZILLA
It's all done with ceiling heights, that's where your roof will be placed. It should be automatic for you, if set up correctly, You shouldn't have to manually move tops of walls.
