We build about 10-12 custom homes a year and we are starting to do all of our home plan design in house. I am looking for someone that is well versed in Chief and is willing to do some sub work for us from time to time. We will submit a basic floor plan design and inspirational pictures of what we are desiring the home to resemble. We are looking for someone that will finish the details on the plan, get plans to a build able stage and do some interior/exterior final renderings.
