LeeDrafter
Hello, I have a very large CAD file of terrain elevation and lot data for a subdivision that I have imported to Chief Architect. It is too large and complicated and slowing down my computer significantly. Is there an easy way to reduce this file or make it faster without going through and deleting portions I don't need? Perhaps is there a way to know which parts of the drawing are causing the problems? I have attached the zip file. 200917.6_FP-1B for City.zip
Mark3D
Try to just import the major contours and not the minor contours you still might need some minor contours just copy the needed minor from another plan file, if needed to get correct shape. As to much height data slow chief down.
