The whole reason for this is to try to get a pony wall look and have the upper pony wall sit inside a ledge of stone but when I tried to make the alignment I had a lot of other issues as I turned the corner. I painted a wall material region and it just makes a void on the wall. First I had to check the material region defaults and I installed a layer of stone for the default. There is no there, there. I pasted this plan into the template plan and I am getting it all to work well. I am concerned that this might be persistent issues if I carry a plan forward from an earlier version.
