Text Macro Management Size & Location

I've been asking to have this tool remember its size, location & panel sizes for at least a decade.  Now in X18 I find it has been done.

 If I close the Chief Architect program and reopen it, it will not remember the dialogue box size, location and panel sizes.  It remembers for the duration that the Chief program is open.  I don't think it works any different than it did for X17.  I personally wish it would remember its dialogue box size, location & panel sizes as you describe for the next time the Chief program is launched.  I can't seem to get it do that.  Maybe I am doing something wrong.  I tried every number of settings in this dialogue.  Both "Always" and 'Each Session" give me the same result, or so it seams.  I wonder what the difference is between the option "Always" and "Each Session".
