Chief Architect Drafting & Design Assistant Needed (Remote)

Hello!

 

I'm a residential designer specializing in design development, drafting, and photorealistic renderings. My workload has grown, and I'm looking for a reliable Chief Architect assistant to help with production work on an as-needed basis. 

 

Tasks may include:

• Creating floor plans
• Some design occassionally (laying out cabinetry etc)
• Drafting: Floor plan & elevations
• Construction document preparation
• Dimensioning and annotations
• Basic 3D model adjustments
• Occasional rendering support

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Chief Architect - Latest version X17
• Experience with residential projects
• Ability to work independently from markups and instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and reasonable turnaround times

 

Ideal Fit:

I'm looking for someone who enjoys the technical side of production and drafting. The goal is to build a long-term working relationship where I handle the design direction and client communication while you assist with project production and revisions.
