Help getting circular cut for custom recessed lights

Hey there! I just realized X17 added the ability for symbols to automatically cut into floors, ceilings and walls, but I'm having trouble editing a custom recessed can light symbol I made a while back to cut the ceiling properly. Currently it's making a square cut as seen in the attached image, but the Chief symbol seen to the right of it makes a circular cut as I'd like. I tried editing the CAD block like the Creating a Custom Sink Hole or Cutout page says, just adding a Hole in Ceiling Platform polyline instead, but it doesn't seem to apply to this the same way. Is there some other fix I'm not finding? I'm attaching the symbol in question as well, which currently has my edited CAD block included.
