Porch Railing Heights--How to adjust

I want to change the height of the Porch Railings. 

Currently they are 31" above the Deck Surface.  The Deck Surface is 5" below the Sub-Floor.

It appears the deck railings are referencing the Sub-Floor instead of the Deck Surface.

In the dialog box, the "Default Height" is checked and grayed out so I can't make a change. Screenshot attached as well as the plan file.

How can I change the height of the Porch Railings?

The default wall heights will only be available if you have manually changed the wall top or bottom height in a camera view.  Normally, you wouldn't do this for a railing wall though.

 

It looks like your railings are currently 36" above the deck surface:

 

 

 

If you want to change the railing height, you can do that on the newel/baluster page:

 

 

 

Also, I had to rebuild the deck framing for the stair landing to show.
