Gaps in my ceilings/walls when I use room dividers

I am working on a project with many different ceiling heights. Im using room dividers and cant figure out why there are holes. My invisible wall layer doesn't make it any better. I am on a mac and wonder if that the issue. Has anyone been able to fix this issue in the past?

Are you only using the invisible walls to raise the ceiling to make a tray ceiling?  If so, then you might want to try using the tray ceiling tool instead.  Not really sure why you are getting holes though so you might want to post your plan so that someone can poke around and see if you did anything to cause that.

I am using it to make a tray ceiling and change different ceiling heights. I didn't know about the tray ceiling option. I tried it and the same holes appeared. No sure why this keeps happening.
