retaining walls around door in foundation

I have a sloped site and I am trying to get a door with retaining walls on each side of the door. 

 

I have a terrain line with elevation 0 at the high side of the house, an elevation line with elevation -72 at the low side of the house and an elevation line with an elevation -48 in the middle of the house.

 

This may not be the correct way to start so please let me know if I should be using a different method. 

 

How do I get the grade to be flat and at the bottom of the foundation (-72 elevation) between the retaining walls for the door?

Try an Elevation Region:

 

 

Terrain > Elevation Data > Elevation Region
